Vineyard house of traditional architectural design dating from 1870, located on a hill that dominates a large extension of vineyard.
Its façade is of special interest given its extreme length and seven recessed windows symmetrically aligned with the entrance porch.
Included in the Catalogue of Rural-Agricultural Heritage Sites in the Province of Cádiz.
