Description

Nestled between vineyards and dominating the marshlands of Lebrija, rises the old Molino de las Haciendas windmill.

Currently in a state of ruin, only the tower and parts of its walls remain. Some sources date it back to Roman and others Moorish times, the current ruins being of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

It is included in the “Catalogue of Archaeological Sites in the Municipal Area of Trebujena”, page 8, nº A5.
