HACIENDA EL CHARRUADO

Description

A nineteenth-century vineyard house, typical of the traditional houses of the Jerez Region and the Bajo Guadalquivir. The origin of its name comes from one of the traditional agricultural tasks performed on the vineyards of the time.

Its privileged location on a hill close to both the city, the beach and open countryside, provides spectacular views of rural Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Chipiona, as well as the river mouth and marvellous sunsets as the sun sinks slowly into the sea.

The house is surrounded by a large wood and a vineyard of albariza soil for the enjoyment of wine-tourists. The estate also has unique areas for organizing celebrations and events: over ten thousand square metres of maintained gardens with a very special ambience and a totally conditioned interior room.
