A recreational vineyard house of palazzo architectural design (attributed to Charles Garnier) that dates from 1839, originally owned by the Domecq and later the Pemán family, standing on a hillside and dominating a large extension of vineyard.

Its façade is of special interest given its extreme length with seven recessed windows symmetrically aligned with the entrance porch.

Included in the Catalogue of Rural-Agricultural Heritage Sites in the Province of Cádiz.

Scenes from the TV series “la Templanza” were filmed here.
