Bodega Manuel Aragón S.L. is a family-owned bodega with a wine shop open to the public that goes by the name of “The Sanatorium”. It offers tastings of its wines and of the exquisite cured meats of Chiclana.

The production of its wines commences in the most traditional vineyard zones of the region, convinced that every decision made in the vineyard and later during the production process is reflected in the quality of the wines produced.
